Alex Slater and Max McGowan have been performing music professionally and with each other for over 10 years.
Meeting when studying at Paul McCartney’s Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts in 2011, the pair found an affinity with one another through pristine standards in performance and a passion for music with integrity.
Since then, both together and respectively, they have performed around the UK and globally to tens of thousands of people at international music festivals, large scale corporate events, weddings, brand launches, private functions and worked with an abundance of high profile figures in the industry with both Alex and Max spending time fronting one of the country’s most decorated and revered function bands. In 2020, whilst enduring a forced sabbatical from live performance, they
decided to devise a new act, informed by their careers to date.
